Paystub generator
Terms of use
By using the PayRoar paystub generator or purchasing
documents from it, you agree to the following terms.
- The generator produces Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario pay statements solely from information supplied by the user, calculated with the CRA's published 2026 payroll deduction formulas (for Ontario, including the surtax and the Ontario Health Premium).
- Calculations assume standard TD1 basic personal amounts, no TD1ON dependant amounts, an employee aged 18 to 70, and employment in the selected province (Alberta, British Columbia or Ontario); the 2026 tax year only is supported, and British Columbia pay dates must be July 1, 2026 or later.
- By purchasing, the user certifies that all information entered is accurate and that they are the named employer or act with that employer's authorization.
- Producing documents that misrepresent income or employment is fraud under the Criminal Code of Canada; PayRoar cooperates with lawful investigations.
- The generator provides no accounting, legal, or tax advice, and does not remit, file, or submit anything to any authority.
- Documents are delivered immediately upon payment; refunds are issued only for defective documents reported within 7 days to [email protected].
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, which maintains its own transaction records; PayRoar does not see or store card details.
- Information entered is not stored on PayRoar's servers; an encrypted copy is held in the user's own browser for up to two hours to complete delivery after payment.
- The service is provided as-is; PayRoar's total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for it, and PayRoar is not liable for the use of generated documents or for information entered incorrectly.
